Understand the scope of KosCompute's EU-hosted inference statement.
KosCompute's published model metadata identifies its public inference location with EU country metadata. The service is described as EU-hosted because current public inference is operated in the European Union.
This statement applies to KosCompute's API processing path. It does not control third-party URLs supplied by a caller, client-side telemetry, tools invoked by your application, or destinations to which your application sends generated output.
Do not interpret this page as a certification, legal opinion, or blanket regulatory guarantee. Organizations with contractual residency or compliance requirements should obtain the applicable written terms before deploying regulated workloads.
